A general assistant works from what you give it. Eva works inside your company's records, with the person's own access, so she can follow a customer, an invoice, a contract or a support issue from one record to the next.
Everyone in your organisation can ask Eva to find, explain and research. To let her make changes for someone, that person needs an Eva Personal Assistant seat, a monthly add-on listed at $29.99 per assigned seat. Your quote shows the price for your organisation.
Only a little. Without a seat, Eva changes nothing. With a seat, and where your organisation and the person allow it, she can add notes, create tasks and save setup answers without asking; you can undo each one for five minutes, unless someone has changed it since. Sending email, deleting and any other change, including sharing and money, tax, accounts or payroll changes, happens only when you ask for it or approve it, apart from automations you set up yourself.
