Wiki & Docs holds the pages where your team writes down how it works. Wiki pages are listed on the Knowledge Base home and can be searched by title, content or tag. Your assistant Eva can search knowledge pages and quote one with a citation, and a decision made in Chat can be saved as a draft page.
